First Step Foundation (FSF) is a not-for-profit organisation working since 2005 to empower individuals and communities that remain underserved and deprived of basic necessities, opportunities and social benefits.

Our focuses on creating meaningful pathways to a better quality of life through education, healthcare, livelih0od opcortunities and community development. Lasting change is not a single act of support. It comes from enabling people to build better futures for themselves and their families, creating a ripple effect of sustainable chains.

FSF works closely with communities, understanding their challenges and helping them identify practical, sustainable solutions.

We provide the guidance, resources opportunities and support needed for individuals to overcome barriers become self-reliant. Over the years, we have worked primarily with urban, poor and
marginalized communities connecting them with institutions and
opportunities that can help transform their lives.

We envision an inclusive and compassionate society where no individual is deprived of the basic opportunities needed to live a fulfilling life. We aspire to create an ecosystem in which every person, irrespective of their social or economic circumstances, has the freedom, opportunity and support to realise their potential.

We envision communities where people are not merely recipients of assistance, but active participants in their own development; where individuals have the confidence to identify their challenges, find solutions and contribute to the progress of those around them.
